Test Site

The current version of refCNV should be considered pre-launch, both for data content as well as for format and representation.

Please do not use any of the data from the site or API access for real world analyses or discussions!

Test Data

Loading the first datasets for testing hosting and processing frameworks

We have now integrated some datasets from various processing pipelines analyzing samples from the 1000 Genomes dataset, either from WGS data ("Dragen" set) or from some benchmarking datasets based on Illumina arrays.

The data is by no means thought to represent the ouput of finalized analyses but rather so far only represents TEST data!
