New Use Cases and Visual Tools Released

Updated comparison features and platform visualizations now available

Today we released new use cases and visualization features for refCNV.org, including pipeline comparison tools and platform-based CNV exploration.

New features include:

• CNV frequency comparisons across multiple analysis pipelines
• Visual subset exploration by array and sequencing platforms
• Example histograms and heatmaps for thousands of reference samples
• Updated documentation with walkthroughs and screenshots
